By accessing or using the Regrettable Games website at regrettablegames.com ("Site"), purchasing our products, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
2. Products
Regrettable Games sells physical party games including Split or Steal, Tug of Draw, Identity Swap, and any future products we may release. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Regrettable Games is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at the email listed on our Site. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game mechanics, card designs, and branding, is the property of Regrettable Games or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Age Recommendations
Each of our games has its own recommended minimum age, shown on its product page and packaging: Tug of Draw is suitable for ages 7 and up, while Split or Steal and Identity Swap are recommended for ages 16 and up. Adult supervision is advised for younger players. By purchasing, you confirm that you are buying a game suitable for the people who will play it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regrettable Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regrettable Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
